Our configurator is a user-friendly, step-by-step process that allows you to select specific product features, such as style, length, color and size. You can create a standalone item or a complete set. We offer an extensive range of colors, with a total of 23 different options. The possibilities are endless. For example, if you select a hoodie and joggers, as a set you'll have over 500 different color combinations to choose from. Rest assured, with our product configurator your desired apparel will be tailored precisely to your needs.

Each order goes through a rigorous 10-stage process and is handled by a team of 8-10 dedicated individuals. Due to this level of individual attention and detail, OOAK is now the most technologically advanced multi-stage clothing manufacturer with its own factory. Typically, the tailoring process takes about 16 days and 85% of our orders are completed within this time frame. If you place an order for a set of products, such as a hoodie and pants suit, we will only ship it to you once the entire order is complete. However, please note that production time may vary. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is a promise to you that if something goes wrong and you are not completely satisfied, we will redo your product for free, make you a new one, or give you a full refund.

We source our materials directly, create patterns for each model, and manufacture all our products to comply with government standards. We only use premium quality, lint-resistant, natural, breathable materials consisting of over 80% cotton. For our insulated winter models, we use a thick French terry fleece lining, and for our summer models, a lighter thin lining. All finished products undergo thorough inspection by our quality control department. Any defective products are immediately sent back for re-tailoring or adjustment to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality.

We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard. To complete a transaction, you will need to provide your credit card information, including the card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and three-digit security code. We guarantee that all your personal information, including your name, address, phone number, email, and bank card details will remain confidential.

OOAK works with TNT and TNT Express to provide all of its delivery needs. Once an item is ready to ship, its delivery time may range anywhere from 2 to 7 days depending on the destination. The standard TNT delivery fee is €14 and the TNT Express fee is €24. However, orders that include 2 or more items are eligible for free shipping! If there is only one item in your cart, you will receive a link with more information on how to pay the delivery fee.

Please note that OOAK products are custom made and tailored to your individual specifications. As such, they can only be returned if they contain a factory defect or do not strictly match your order specifications.

With our configurator, you can customize any item to your liking. Add customized sleeves, a hood, or a collar to the basic model or choose your preferred cuff or hem style, pattern placement, and inner lining as well as the size and color.
