Our configurator is a user-friendly, step-by-step form that allows you to select the specific features of your product, such as style, length, pocket options, collar or hood options, and color and size. You can create a standalone item or a complete set. We offer an extensive range of colors, with a total of 23 options. The possibilities are endless, for example, if you select a hoodie and joggers as a set, you'll have 529 different color combinations to choose from. Rest assured, we will tailor your hoodie or pants to your exact preferences!

Each order goes through a rigorous 10-stage process and is handled by a team of 8-10 dedicated individuals. Due to this level of attention and care, OOAK is the most technologically advanced multi-stage clothing production with our own factory. Typically, the tailoring process takes about 16 days and we are able to complete 85% of orders within this time frame. If you place an order for a set of products, such as a hoodie and pants suit, we will ship it to you once the entire order is complete. We source our materials directly, create patterns for each model, and manufacture all products to comply with government standards. In production, we only use premium fabrics that consist of over 80% cotton, a natural, breathable material that is resistant to lint formation. For winter insulated models, we use French terry with a thick fleece lining, and for summer models, a thin lining. All finished products undergo thorough inspection by our quality control department. Any products with errors are immediately sent back for re-tailoring or adjustments and will never reach the customer.

The online payment service follows the guidelines of Visa and MasterCard international payment systems. To complete the transaction, please enter your bank card details including the card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and three-digit security code. We guarantee that all personal information such as name, address, phone number, email, and bank card details will remain confidential and won't be disclosed.

Delivery is handled by TNT or TNT Express and delivery times after the item is ready can range from 2 to 7 days depending on your address. Delivery is €14 (TNT) or €24 (TNT Express), but order 2+ items for free shipping! If you're only ordering one item, we'll send you a payment link so you can pay for delivery before we send it out.

Please note that our "OOAK" hoodie is a custom-made product, tailored to your individual specifications. As such, it can only be returned if there's a factory defect or if it doesn't match your order parameters.

With our configurator, you can customize any item to your liking. Add a customized sleeve, hood or collar to the basic model, choose the style of cuffs and hem, insulation, pattern position, as well as size and color. We will then sew a hoodie or pants according to your preferences!
