What is a product configurator?
The configurator is a clear, step-by-step form that allows you to choose the necessary parameters, including the style of the product and length, options for pockets, collar or hood depending on the type of product, as well as color and size. You can assemble a separate item or in a set. We offer the largest range of colors — 23 options. If you choose a hoodie in a set with joggers — there are 529 different color combinations! We will sew a hoodie or pants according to your preferences!
How do we sew?
Each order goes through 10 stages and a team of 8−10 people works on it. Therefore, OOAK is the most technologically complex multi-stage clothing production with our own clothing factory. Currently, the tailoring of the product takes about 16 days. 85% of products are sewn within these terms. If you order a set of products, such as a hoodie and pants suit, we will send it once the entire order is complete. For various reasons, the production time may increase (you can read the terms of the order in the Contract Offer).

We buy in materials ourselves, develop patterns for each model, and sew all products to meet government standards. In production, we use only premium fabrics that consist of more than 80% cotton — a natural, breathable material that is resistant to lint formation. For winter insulated models, we use French terry with a thick fleece lining, and for summer — a thin one. All finished products are checked by the quality control department. Products with errors are necessarily sent back for re-tailoring or adjustments, without reaching the customer.

The production time for your custom item is 5-10 business days (the next business day after payment is considered day one).
The color shades of the final product may vary on the website due to color representation and screen settings.
Delivery:
Delivery is handled by DHL or DPD and delivery times after the item is ready can range from 2 to 7 days depending on your address. Delivery is just €14, but order 2+ items for free shipping! If you're only ordering one item, we'll send you a payment link so you can pay for delivery before we send it out.
Return:
Please note that our "OOAK" hoodie is a custom-made product, tailored to your individual specifications. As such, it can only be returned if there's a factory defect or if it doesn't match your order parameters.
